If you received an in-app notification that the payment you have just made went through or that you have just received a payment but you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email, please get in touch with us via the chat bubble on the right-hand corner of the screen.
If you did not receive an in-app notification and your balance was not updated based on your latest payment, check if the payment has been executed by your bank by logging into your banking app.
If it was not executed, try making the payment again from within the tomato pay app. If it was executed but the tomato pay app does not reflect that please get in touch with us by emailing email@example.com or via the chat bubble on the right-hand corner of the screen.
