If you are being asked to pay and have been presented with a QR code:
Use your phone camera to scan the QR code.
You will receive a notification redirecting you to a secure web page that will display the payment details (i.e., payee details, transaction amount and reference).
You may also be sent a link that takes you to the same secure web page by the person requesting payment.
Once you are on the secure web page, you will be prompted to select the bank you wish to pay from a list.
Once you click on the bank you wish to use you will be redirected to your banking app/online banking, and asked to authenticate yourself.
You will then see all of the payment details pre-populated.
You will need to approve the payment.
You will then be redirected back to the secure CashFlow Manager web page which will display the status of your payment.
You will also get the option to request a receipt for the payment by entering your email address.
