If you have requested a payment and have not received any funds, please check with the payer first as to whether they have made the payment.

If they have made the payment, log into your banking app to see whether the funds have been credited to your account.

If the funds have been credited to your bank account but do not appear in your CashFlow Manager transaction history please contact cashflowmanager@santander.co.uk or use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
