When connecting your bank account, we ask you to permission the following information:

  • Your account name - to display to your counterparty when they are paying you/being paid by you, and to display to you on your CashFlow Manager account

  • Your sort code - to make sure you are being paid into the correct account and to enable you to make payments

  • Your account number - to make sure you are being paid into the correct account and to enable you to make payments

  • Your IBAN - to make sure you are being paid into the correct account (in the context of international transactions once enabled) and to allow you to make international payments in the future

  • Your transactions - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your transactions if you connect more than one bank account

  • Your account balances - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your transactions if you connect more than one bank account

  • Your direct debits - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your Direct Debits

  • Your scheduled payments - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your Scheduled Payments

  • Your standing orders - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your standing orders

  • Your bank account statements - to display to you and give you an aggregate view of your bank account statements

  • Your registered beneficiaries/payees - to display to you and to prevent you from having to set-up a payee manually in the future if you have already set it up in your online banking system

  • Your party information (meaning the details associated with the account such as, for instance, your address) - for KYC (Know-Your-Customer) purposes

  • Your products (e.g., any overdraft, insurance, etc. products on your account) - to be able to offer you better products

  • Offers (any offers your bank has presented you with) - to be able to offer you better offers
